Potomac Local reported that Dominion’s proposed ValleyLink 765-kilovolt project would connect with the regional transmission network that includes North Anna–Bristers.
The projects are separate and should not be conflated: ValleyLink has its own scope and regulatory process. The connection is relevant because it places the Stafford proposal within a broader set of regional grid upgrades being evaluated as electricity demand grows.
