Stafford supervisors referred proposed Comprehensive Plan amendments addressing North Anna–Bristers and high-voltage transmission routing to the Planning Commission for review.
The referral opened the local planning process; it was not a decision on Dominion’s project or any route. County planning language can document Stafford’s preferences and concerns, but the SCC retains authority over approval and siting of transmission facilities at this voltage.
