Stafford County announced that Dominion had changed the proposal’s name from North Anna–Kraken Loop to North Anna–Bristers. The county also reported a revised schedule for additional community meetings and the anticipated state filing.
A name change does not alter the project’s approval status. At that point the proposal remained in development and public outreach, with no final SCC-approved route.
