What was requested
2025 and 2026 Board of Supervisors Statements of Economic Interests; Planning Commission real estate holdings forms; additional Planning Commission financial disclosures where applicable; and written declarations of personal interest, disqualification or recusal from January 1, 2025 through the request date.
What Stafford sent back
The October 16 response lists 23 PDFs and says the documents respond to categories 1 and 2. For categories 3 and 4, the County said the requested records could not be found or do not exist. A closure notice followed that afternoon.
