Existing County redactions are preserved. Two utility publication copies have additional redactions of unrelated customer identifiers and internal employee IDs; those files are labeled individually. Each ZIP includes an inventory with original filenames and file hashes.

What was requested
Public business communications and interactions between current and former Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission members and data center interests, from January 1, 2023 through processing. The request reproduced in the County’s October 16 email prioritizes text and electronic messages, private meetings and developer contacts, then nondisclosure agreements.
What Stafford sent back
On October 15 the County corrected its estimate to add Planning and Zoning charges, bringing the total to $5,908.61. The October 16 email reattached the itemized estimate and showed the request as Open, with an estimated resolution date of November 14, 2026.
What this response establishes
This is an estimate, not a statement that payment has been made or responsive communications have been delivered. Narrowing the scope remains a proposed next step; the reviewed emails do not establish that a revised scope has been accepted.
