Existing County redactions are preserved. Two utility publication copies have additional redactions of unrelated customer identifiers and internal employee IDs; those files are labeled individually. Each ZIP includes an inventory with original filenames and file hashes.

What was requested

Utility work during the preceding month that might relate to reported greenish brown water between Mountain View and Ramoth Road.

What Stafford sent back

The County’s response and closure notice say responsive records were supplied. The delivery email lists a Rodgers Glen shutdown notice, customer service notes, a flushing work order and a Rodgers Glenn water line tie-in work order.

What this response establishes

This entry confirms delivery, not causation or water safety. The underlying documents are available in the download section. No technical finding is made here; unrelated customer identifiers and internal employee IDs are redacted in two labeled publication copies.
