As for ‘Any existing list, log, register, or index identifying NDAs or confidentiality agreements signed by, requested of, or presented to current or former members of the Board of Supervisors or Planning Commission concerning data center projects or companies,’ the requested records could not be found or do not exist. Alternatively, we are producing the two nondisclosure agreements that Stafford County has with any Data Center.
